Erica Schachne is editor of ‘The Jerusalem Post Magazine’ and 'In Jerusalem.' The 48-page weekly Magazine covers wide-ranging issues of state and global affairs as well as human interest – spotlighting everything from an intimate look at the Entebbe hijackers to the IDF’s Alpine Unit, from the most innovative headline-making hi-tech to the Tel Aviv Museum's latest exhibition. 'In Jerusalem' provides an in-depth view of life on the ground in the Holy City, with features such as Neighborhood Corner (delving into the city's many eclectic enclaves), Our Homes (real estate, design, and traffic), and At the Table (one-on-one, intimate conversations with leading Jerusalem personalities). Having grown up in New York City and earned her masters at New York University, Erica made aliyah in 2009 and has worked at the ‘Post’ since 2012. She is dedicated to the historic paper’s mission of spreading meaningful content far and wide.
