Mattarello bakery reopens at Dan Caesarea Hotel after war closure
Mattarllo Bakery, closed due to the war, will offer its products at Dan Caesarea's Minnie Bakery, joined by 'Looly's Chocolate' and Matar Winery, from November 21st to 22nd.
Dan Hotels are opening their doors to culinary businesses from the north as part of a special initiative at the Dan Caesarea Resort. The initiative begins with the hosting of the highly regarded Mattarello Bakery from Kibbutz Ein Zivan, which closed due to the war, for a special Pop-Up event at the hotel's Minnie Bakery.
Mattarello was one of the most esteemed bakeries in northern Israel, located in the heart of Kibbutz Ein Zivan in the Golan Heights. The bakery, which became famous among food lovers, was known for its superb croissants and unique pastries baked daily on-site. The bakery is led by Adi Peretz, a talented self-taught baker who developed his baking skills independently while focusing on using local, seasonal ingredients from the Golan and Galilee.
On November 21st-22nd, hotel guests and the general public will be able to enjoy a selection of Mattarello's premium pastries, directed by Adi Peretz. Peretz, a self-taught baker, established the unique bakery that focuses on local ingredients and offers a changing daily menu. Alongside Mattarello, 'Looly's Chocolate' and Matar Winery will also join, offering their high-quality products for sale.
