IDF Arabic Spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an evacuation notice to Palestinian residents living northwest of Gaza City, as well as the al-Nahda neighborhood in Jabalya, asking them to move south on Saturday afternoon.
"The IDF will attack any area used for launching rockets," he said. "The responsibility for the evacuation, displacement, and suffering of the population lies with the terrorist organizations, primarily Hamas.
"For your own safety, evacuate immediately south!"
